A commercial conversion of a former Dunkin’ Donuts training facility into a new restaurant and event space. This project delivers contemporary design alongside a new outdoor patio seating area. The property is now a modern, flexible destination for events, indoor and outdoor dining.

A new 2 story commercial building in the heart of the North End Boston, including first floor retail stores, Italian pastry bakery, Italian cooking school, bars and restaurants. The second floor will feature a bar and restaurant. The project will also feature a large outdoor sidewalk cafe with seating for approximately 220 patrons.
